  • Full Refund: You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the check-in date to receive a full refund of the booking amount.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the check-in date will result in the full booking price being charged. No refund will be provided in such cases.

2. How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel a booking, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send a cancellation request to orstonstores@gmail.com.

  2. Provide Booking Details: Include your booking confirmation number, name, and check-in date in your request.

  3. Confirmation of Cancellation: We will confirm your cancellation by email within 24 hours of receiving your request.

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method.

  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Special Conditions

  • For bookings made through third-party platforms, their cancellation policies may apply. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the platform used.

  • Any additional fees paid for services or add-ons (e.g., cleaning fees, taxes) may be non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

 

5. Non-Arrival Policy

If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
